Newteam Services was awarded a crucial subcontract by Johnson Controls as part of a significant refurbishment project at Lumbury Park Veterinary Surgery. The project, centred on the installation of a new MRI suite, required a specialist approach to integrate a state-of-the-art chilled water system. Scope of Work:
Our initial brief was to handle the supply and installation of all necessary pipework, fittings, valves, and associated bracketry for the new chilled water system. The project's progression, however, saw a necessary expansion of our responsibilities. We were subsequently instructed to undertake the decommissioning and removal of the existing pipework and equipment. This additional work was seamlessly integrated into our schedule, demonstrating Newteam's capacity to adapt to evolving project demands and our commitment to providing a comprehensive solution for our clients.
