Project Overview
The team at Newteam Services was recently engaged to address a critical heating system failure at Fusee House in New Milton. The existing Potterton Kingfisher unit had become faulty, leaving the client in need of a reliable and modern replacement. Our objective was to design and implement a new heating solution that was both energy-efficient and easy to maintain for the long term.

Scope of Work
Our comprehensive project plan involved a full-scale replacement of the client’s boiler and heating system components. The scope of our work included:

Boiler Installation: We supplied and installed a new Hamworthy MK3 wall-hung gas-fired boiler, a highly efficient and compact unit suitable for the client’s needs.

Plate Heat Exchanger (PHX): We integrated a new plate heat exchanger to improve the system’s efficiency and performance.

Flue System: A new flue system was installed to ensure safe and compliant exhaust of combustion gases.

Pipework and Controls: We replaced and installed all associated local pipework and valves. The project also included an upgrade to the property’s gas service and the installation of a modernised control system, giving the client greater command over their heating.

Client Benefits
Our new installation has provided the client with a robust, cost-effective, and easily maintainable heating solution. By selecting a high-efficiency boiler and modernising the system controls, we have helped to reduce their running costs and improve overall comfort. The streamlined design and accessible components also ensure that future maintenance will be straightforward and hassle-free.

At Newteam Services, we are committed to providing reliable, expert solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. This project at Fusee House stands as a testament to our dedication to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
